Development and Applications of Digital Controlled Laser Die-cutting Machine

The traditional die-cutting are very complicated to produce and modify the packaging carton after printed.To solve the above problems,a new type of digital controlled laser die-cutting machine is developed,which uses laser to process the surface of the bulk material based on the expanding pattern of the packaging carton in the computer.So the machine is capable of completing die-cutting and creasing successfully.The noncontact process of laser replaces the traditional mechanical process,and there's no need for the dies so that the production costs have been reduced greatly.The first experiment shows good feasibility of this technology.
