Observation of Emperor Hanwu's reforming and renewing supervisory system from perspective of control theory

Based on the elaboration of Emperor Hanwu's reforming and renewing national supervisory system,the paper revealed the structure characteristics of national supervisory system and its function during the period of Emperor Hanwu,by using the control theory,constructing the system model and applying the systematic analysis through introducing the transmit function.The results show that Liu Che spent all his life in reforming and renewing the national supervisory system,which reinforcing its security function efficiently.He made the national supervisory system become the primary assurance of his empery foundation,which demonstrated his original view and was quite scientific.
