Constructing a Resource Efficient Government:the Perspective of PM

The proposal of constructing a resource-efficient government in China is based on the following historical scenes:the concerns of post-modernism,the meditation on the backward perspective of development,and the thoughts about the establishment of a public service oriented government.These settings happen to have close association with the theory of ecology type government of PM,discourse theory,marketeering government theory,the theory of good governance in particular.Based on this association,the PM model gives constructing a resource-efficient government such directions:To display the outside dynamic action of citizen society so that the good government of ecology can be realized;To clear off the relation between government and market so that the limited government can be true;To underline the action of social forces in public service so that the public profits can be made mostly as well as to construct the effective government.
