The invention belongs to the technical field of a rehabilitation medical instrument, and in particular relates to a rocker device of a traction-type rehabilitation robot, aiming at solving the problems of the prior art that flat cable are easily wound and the like. The rocker device of the traction-type rehabilitation robot comprises a rocker locating rack and a support frame which is arranged above the rocker locating rack; a detection control part and flat cables are connected to the support frame, and one end of each of the flat cables is connected to the detection control part while the other end of each of the flat cables stretches downwards and is inserted on the rocker locating rack; a lifting driving mechanism, which is capable of driving the support frame to lift in a vertical direction, is arranged between the rocker locating rack and the support frame, and the flat cables are synchronously lifted upwards or descended downwards; and a tension control mechanism, which can guarantee constant tension of the flat cables when the flat cables are lifted upwards or descended downwards, is arranged on the rocker locating rack. The rocker device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the flat cables are not easily wound and practicability is strong.
