Breaker/switch for overhead wires

A switch for overhead wires is provided to normally detect the state of driving of a high voltage line by using a transformer for detecting both current and voltage. A switch for overhead wires is composed of a switching driver and a housing assembly(300) which includes a first housing(310), a second housing(320), a main bushing, a sub bushing(340), a transformer for both current and voltage(350), a vacuum interrupter and an operator. The first housing(310) and the second housing(320) have flange(311,321) and transformer connecting units(312,322) at one side and the other side respectively, and have leading wire holes which are symmetrical with respect of each flange(311,321) and are connected to the transformer connecting units(312,322). The main bushing penetrates each transformer connecting unit(312,322) of the first housing(310) and the second housing(320), and is screw-coupled on each transformer connecting unit(312,322). The sub bushing(340) is inserted and fixed at the external circumference of the main bushing. The transformer for both current and voltage(350) is penetrated by the sub bushing(340), and is screw-coupled at each transformer connecting unit(312,322) of the first housing(310) and the second housing(320). The vacuum interrupter is fixed at the first housing(310) to face the main bushing inside the first housing(310). The operator is arranged between the main bushing screw-coupled in the second housing(320) and the vacuum interrupter, and switches on/off the vacuum interrupter.
