Combined optical coherence tomograph and scanning laser ophthalmoscope

A system for simultaneous display or superimposing of an en-face image produced by optical coherence tomography and of a confocal image similar to that produced by a scanning laser ophthalmoscope is demonstrated for the first time, to our knowledge, for the retina in the living eye.
