A General Secure Electronic Auction Protocol

Using the technology of encrypting bidders' bid, this paper presented a new secure auction protocol with which bidders' shares can be used repeatedly to generate different bidding prices based on a distributed auction system architecture. This protocol can avoid leaking out any sensitive information about bidders' shares and protect them efficiently. Furthermore, the proposed protocol can be applied in every type of electronic auction, including English auction and Vickrey auction etc. We call this a general auction protocol, which can allocate homogeneous goods more efficiently than others. In this protocol, all bidders' bidding prices are kept secret except for the winner's. Nobody can manipulate the other bidders in our whole auction.
