Simulation of Density Decay of Rocket Exhaust Plume with Solid and Neutral Gas Mixture Production

Based on hydrodynamic equation, particle orbital motion theory and dust charging theory, we present simulation method for ionosphere electron density depletion caused by neural gas release and dust grains injection, respectively. Neural gas injection will form an isotropic decay structure, while small-scale dust particles injection will form a “bundle” tail structure. Finally, we get the complex ionospheric trail characteristics of “squid-like” structure, which is of great significance to understand the physical mechanism of modified space plasma.
