Comment on the research of electronic current transformers

The basic comment on electronic current transformer,including Rogowski coil current transformer and optical current trans-former,is presented.It is obvious that the optical current transformer excels the Rogowski coil current transformer in respect of dynamicmeasurement quality.The practical technologies have been formed for the two kinds of electronic current transformer.The electronic cur-rent transformer is significant for improving the accuracy of dynamic observation of power network and the reliability of relaying,and isthe fundamental of the construction of digital power system.
