A Source-based Maintenance Technology for Integrated Intelligent Operation System of Power Grids

A source-based maintenance technology is introduced in detail. It is a model and data sharing technology for the secondary power system. In this technology,IEC 61850Standard is used for the global substation modeling at the substation(plant)end. The power grid structure, primary equipment, secondary equipment and connections between the primary and secondary equipment in a substation are modeled. The substation configuration document(SCD)model file is generated first, then converted to be the IEC 61970model file. After that, the master control center can automatically import the model file. Moreover, the substation(plant)need to send the scalable vector graphics(SVG)single-line diagram file to the master control center, and the master control center can subscribe to the online-monitoring data from the substation(plant).Through the above process,a new substation(plant)or a rebuild substation(plant)can send its secondary information to the master control center automatically without the manual maintenance process, and the information can be shared in any connected smart operation system.
