Inverter, more specifically for photovoltaic plants

An inverter for a photovoltaic generator is provided to maximize the power efficiency by obtaining a stable freewheeling current without high frequency interference and a leakage current. An inverter(1) includes two DC input terminals, two AC output terminals and a choke. A bridge circuit is connected between two DC input terminals in parallel. A chock is positioned in the AC output terminal of the bridge circuit. A first bridge branch(Z1) has first to fourth switches. A second bridge branch(Z2) has fifth and sixth switches. A diode is connected in an opposite direction to a forward direction between the connection point of the fifth and sixth switches, the connection points of the first and second switches, and the connection point of the third and fourth switches. The second and third switches and the diode are separated from the DC power source and transport a freewheeling current.
