Swerlein's and least squares algorithms for estimating signal harmonics: A comparative study

Two algorithms for estimating signal harmonics were compared in waveform metrology applications: Swerlein's and least squares. It is confirmed that the estimates provided by them agree well within the measurement uncertainties and that the least squares algorithm is the fastest one.
