Low-lying levels of B 9

We present calculations for the energies and widths of the lowest $1∕{2}^{+}$, $1∕{2}^{\ensuremath{-}}$, and $5∕{2}^{+}$ levels of $^{9}\mathrm{B}$, taking into account the information known for the mirror levels in $^{9}\mathrm{Be}$. Comparison is made with the experimental data.
