Simulation and Analysis of Memory Effects for Nonlinear Power Amplifier

This paper constructs a physical model of power amplifier through advanced design system(ADS)software simulation,and analyzes the relations between the distortion products of power amplifier and amplitudefrequency of two-tone input signal.Our simulation verifies the electrical and thermal memory effects,and the simulation results are in accordance with mathematical derivation.We also presents some methods which can reduce memory effects through optimizing power amplifier design.
