Design and evaluation of digital learning material for academic education in human nutrition

Therefore we investigated the value of digital learning material for academic education in Human Nutrition. Five digital modules were developed focusing on for example design, analysis and interpretation of nutrigenomics research, human intervention trials or epidemiological research.
