A bi-direction reinforced heat conducting pipe heat exchanger comprises a heat exchanger containing cavity provided with a liquid inlet and outlet port, a plurality of heat exchanging pipes arranged inside the heat exchanger containing cavity, and end covers arranged outside end plates, wherein the two ends of each heat exchanging pipe is provided with the end plates, and the end covers are provided with channel ports. The bi-direction reinforced heat conducting pipe heat exchanger is characterized in that the surface of the heat exchanging pipes is provided with three-dimensional conical fins or spiral grooves machined through the extruding, rolling and plough cutting technologies, concave-convex lines are formed inside the heat exchanging pipes. Compared with the prior art, the bi-direction reinforced heat conducting pipe heat exchanger has the advantages of being capable of improving the heat exchanging efficiency.
