Design Three-loop Autopilot for BTT Missile Using Combined Optimal/Classical Approach

In this paper,the combined optimal/classical approach was applied to design the three-loop autopilots for BTT missile,and the autopilots has the characteristics of simple structure,stable performance and good robustness;meanwhile the design process also showed the derivation of the traditional three-loop autopilot.Then the autopilots were used in a six degree of freedom nonlinear simulation of some BTT missile.The results indicate that the autopilots have the characteristics of fast tracking,small stable error and good robustness.
