The Metadata Specification Research of Digital Content Service Over Three Combining Network

This paper which based on 863 country example project,Digital Content Service System over High-Trust Network,analyses metadata theory.Accoding to the referred application of the theory mentioned above,the paper expresses the standing and usage of metadata in Digital Content Service System,proposes a metadata specification and hierachy model on Multi-System,complicated resource and complicated storage condition to organize,describe,assemble resource and achieve an uniform resource management.Combining XML technology,this paper gives an achieving method of the study above.
