Realization of Underwater Target Passive Locating System

A new kind of underwater target passive locating system, which consists of ultra-power pre-processing module and TMS320VC5509A, is presented. The location angles are gotten by cross-spectrum method using much more time delay information. And the system gets better locating result than ever got. The experiment results indicate that the whole system can satisfy underwater target passive location in the expects of velocity and power consuming,and that the method is promising.
