From project cycle management to the management of development co-operation

There is a need for a single assessment method for development projects and it should centre round a single overall endeavour: sustainable benefits for target groups. Using the Integrated Approach to project cycle management and the Logical Framework as a basis, a development co-operation policy overview is presented. Co-operation and co-ordination are fundamental if the objective is to be met.
