Relationship between safety culture and security performance

In order to explore the coal mine safety culture to improve the objecties of mine safety performance,and study the dialectical relationship between safety culture and safety performance,this study introduces safety awareness and safety motive for the mediator between the two variables,reveals the mechanism of safety culture decides safety performance and safety performance has a reaction on safety culture,and establishes a model of safety culture affecting safety performance.
