Incremental Distribution Network Planning by Considering Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Distributed Generators

Based on the convenience of charging for users, the p-median and maximum coverage model were established to select the charging station. On this basis, this paper establishes a model with the lowest annual comprehensive cost to plan the capacity of the charging station, the location capacity of the distributed generation (DG) and the line selection, where the annual cost of line, distributed power supply, electric vehicle charging station, electricity purchase and government subsidies are taken into account. The immune algorithm is also used to solve the problem. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the model are verified by a case study of a 13-node distribution network.
