Principle and Application of Frequency Synthesizing PLL Si4133

Si4133 is a monolithic integrated circuit that performs RF and IF synthesis for GSM/GPRS and Wideband Code Division Multiple Access(W-CDMA),one of the standards approved for use in 3G cellular systems.This paper introduces the working principle and functional structure of Si4133 frequency synthesizer and the typical application of Si4133 is introduced.The results indicate that the PLL source has low phase noise and spur,it has strong practicability.
