The invention discloses a tensioning and anchoring device based on an unbonded prestress reinforced soil technology. The tensioning and anchoring device comprises an anchoring threaded rod (3), a side face baffle (4) and an anchoring nut (7) and further comprises a support (5). The support (5) is fixedly arranged on the side face baffle (4) through an inclined supporting frame (6) penetrating through the anchoring threaded rod (3) and a hold-down nut (9) arranged on the anchoring threaded rod (3). A hydraulic jack (13) is arranged on the outer side of the top end of the support (5) and is used for tensioning a prestress tendon (1) through a tensioning threaded rod (12) penetrating through the support (5) and the anchoring threaded rod (3) connected with the tensioning threaded rod (12). The anchoring nut (7) is tightly screwed after tensioning is completed so as to complete anchoring. According to the tensioning and anchoring device based on the unbonded prestress reinforced soil technology, the integration of tensioning and anchoring and the accurate control over the size of the prestress of reinforced materials are achieved, tensioning efficiency is greatly improved, prestress losses after anchoring are greatly reduced, construction quality is improved, and economic cost is saved.
