Argumentation-based approach to negotiation, which allows agents to exchange additional information or argue their beliefs and other mental attitudes during the negotiation process, is gaining increasing popularity for its potential ability to overcome the limitations of conventional approaches. Most existing argumentation-based negotiation mechanisms are logic or rule-based and provide a formal or conceptual framework, it's somehow far from real-life application. In this paper, we provide an applicable system framework oriented to E-commerce and discuss the decision architecture of arguing agent. It is a foundation for developing a real-life argumentation-based negotiation system in the future.
