Fiber Optic-Fluorescence Sensors for Remote Detection of Chemical Species in Seawater
暂无分享,去创建一个
Abstract : Development of fiber optic based chemical sensors that use fluorogenic indicators for measurements in seawater is discussed. A sensor configuration of avoiding reversibility problems in which the indicator is constantly renewed at the probe tip by forcing it through an ultrafiltration membrane is described. The sensor is shown to respond reversibly on time scales of 1-sec to changes in analyte concentrations. Methods for increasing the specificity in complex matrices are discussed.
