The Research of Facility Management Based on Organization Strategy Perspective

Owing to diversification of Facility Management roles and responsibilities, Facility Management industry is facing a serious identity crisis. Based on organization strategy perspective, a conception frame model was conceived from strategic facility planning, space management & service outsourcing, and management audit. The purpose of the paper is to help people recognize the essence and core value of facility management. At the same time, the paper is helpful to research facility management theory knowledge.
