UTILIZACIÓN DE EYE TRACKING PARA EVALUAR EL USO DE INFORMACIÓN VERBAL EN MATERIALES MULTIMEDIA USING EYE TRACKING TECHNIQUES TO EVALUATE THE USE OF VERBAL INFORMATION IN MULTIMEDIA MATERIALS

En el presente trabajo se pretende identificar que formatos favorecen una mayor  eficiencia en el aprendizaje , para asi establecer unas pautas de diseno ( guidelines ) respecto a la distribucion y modalidad de presentacion de informacion verbal en materiales educativos multimedia. Se realizaron dos experimentos que utilizaron la tecnica de seguimiento ocular ( eye tracking ) como elemento innovador en el proceso de recogida de datos. Se produce una mayor eficiencia en el aprendizaje de los alumnos cuando los textos y las imagenes relacionadas se presentan proximos en el espacio y cuando la informacion se proporciona a traves de una narracion oral.
