IDEF modeling and application of management software for 4S maintenance system of scraper

Scrapers in Tongkeng mine serving as the example,IDEF model of 4S maintenance system of scraper was built,and the management software of 4S maintenance system of scraper was designed.Practical application showed that the software could enhance the scraper management level and reduce the maintenance costs.It had some guidance for the equipment maintenance in other metal mines.
