The utility model relates to a distributed monitor and protection system of dynamic and comprehensive compensation device in the electric distribution network which comprises a controlling part, a monitoring part, a protection part which is characterized in that the three parts and separated from each other with independent electric links respectively. The compensation device is communicated with the controlling part, the monitoring part and the protection part while the other end of the controlling part and the monitoring part is communicated with the host machine of which the controlling part and the monitoring part have on communication channel while the controlling part and the protection part as well as the monitoring part and the protection part is communicated in series through fibre-optical cable. Due to three separated parts with independent electric links respectively, each part can independently finish the work without any influence from the other two parts. The bus can stay inside the box for the three parts have no direct electric connections with each other to transmit messages through fiber-optical cable instead which can improve the anti-interference capability and the reliability, meanwhile, is easy to deal with the operational conditions of the whole devices with single and definite function for each part.
