The channel quantity of customs checkposts on the free trade port area(FTPA)has important impact on logistics operation in FTPA.Firstly,based on the simulation model of logistics operation in FTPA with queuing network theory,the mathematical programming model was established for optimal channel quantity as a multi-objective integer optimization problem with nonlinear constraints.With the fuzzy decision theory,this problem was transferred into the problem searching a Bellman-Zadeh optimal solution.Then,the fuzzy simulation optimization method combining fuzzy optimization with simulation model was proposed to solve this problem.An actual case was given to verify the proposed method.The results show that the method is effective for optimal channels of customs checkposts and beneficial to cutting down the operation cost and enhancing the satisfaction degree of service.
