Writing pen device and the embedded information reading system information embedding

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which the read of information relative to a character is enabled by providing information different in type from the character in recognizing such a character written in paper as the information given by the character written in paper does not provide any other information but the shape of the character, in other words, secondary information such as information relating to a writer, for example, or a link to the relative information is not included. SOLUTION: The writing pen device for information-embedding and the information reading system is constituted by being set so that at least two kinds of inks one of which is a color ink and the other is an information ink for embedding information data are supplied from the tip of a pen-type writing tool. Thus, this writing tool enables the primary information (the code of a character written there) and the secondary information to be embedded in the character written by a user, and in addition to the description of the character, these pieces of information can be embedded in the described character, allowing later recognition.
