The train collision preventing system comprises a vehicle-mounted high-precision wireless railway positioning system, a train prevention and control main-control device and a phased array radar, wherein the train prevention and control main-control device comprises a vehicle-mounted train prevention and control main-control device and a ground train prevention and control main-control device; and the ground train prevention and control main-control device is configured for receiving three-dimensional coordinate position information of a current train and obstacle result information and sending a traffic control instruction to a vehicle-mounted prevention and control device in a wireless way so as to take corresponding control measures to ensure safe operation of the train. The train collision preventing system can actively and automatically find the running states and obstacle information in front of or behind the train through a satellite positioning device, and has the characteristics of good terrain adaptability, working adaptability to different weathers and the like.
