임펠러 형상 변화에 따른 교반기 성능특성 연구

Mixing performance in a stirred vessel is considerably influenced by geometric configurations of impeller. Thus, the understanding of flow characteristics and consequential analysis on the mixing performance are essential for the optimal design of a stirred vessel. In this study, flow characteristics and mixing performance for various types of impeller were analyzed using ANSYS CFX. The flow field and the mixing performance with relevant dimensionless numbers were presented. In addition, the investigation of the stress distribution and deformation of each impeller was conducted using fluid-structure interaction (FSI) analysis in order to evaluate the structural safety of each impeller.
