디지털 TV 를 위한 3 차원 리모컨 설계

In this paper, a 3-dimensional remote-controller system is designed using ultrasonic sensor and IR sensor. IR sensor is used as synchronization signal in the designed system because to measure TOA(Time of Arrival) needs to synchronize the time between remote-controller and receiver system. The remote-controller transmits ultrasonic signal and IR signal at the same time and the receiver system estimates remote-controller position by TOA measurement. The positions estimated by the receiver system are shown on monitor or collected in PC. In addition, performance of estimated position accuracy is evaluated using the designed system.
