Abstract The millimeter spectra of carbon monosulfide rare isotopic species in natural abundance have been observed inside a radiofrequency plasma. Molecular constants have been derived for the v =0 ground state of 12 C 36 S, 13 C 34 S and 13 C 33 S, and for v = 0 and v = 1 states of 12 C 33 S.
