La metodología Six Sigma y su aplicación dentro del proceso de operaciones para evitar errores.

Six - Sigma methodology is based on the normal distribution curve, which allows to know the level of variation of any activity; To achieve this goal, it is essential to carry out a series of steps for quality control and optimization of industrial processes. These are the reasons why it has become a philosophy based on total quality and the allocation of goals that are achievable in the short term, but which lead the organization to meet its long-term goals. For this you can take as a reference the goals and objectives of the clients that allow them to achieve continuous improvement at different levels of the company. In the present research, through the application of a case study, the methodology will be analyzed Six Sigma and its application within the process of operations of an organization with the purpose of minimizing errors. To carry out this task, a bibliographic research was carried out, which, through the analysis of various sources such as books, statistics, scientific publications and others, provide a solution to the topic analyzed.
