Application of PIC Series SCM in a Rotational Work Platform

The control logic of a rotational work platform is very simple. However the cost will be very high if this platform is controlled by a Programmable Controller(PC), because it needs too many I/O addresses. A PIC16C54 is used to solve that problem and a method to control the work platform using PIC16C54 is presented, concerning the independence of the control logic in that work platform.
