暂无分享,去创建一个
This paper discusses the breadth of the spectrum of end-users from the board room to the factory floor and looks at the skills expected of users. Having defined what is expected of users, the paper sets out a list of principles and concepts which provide education for intelligent users, as opposed to rote training for passive operators. The attitudes and responsibilities expected of users are discussed and the role of computer-based training is examined.
