Mesh selectivity of Danish seine for Japanese sandfish Arctoscopus japonicus

カバーネット法による曳網実験から,ハタハタに対する駆け廻し式底曳網の網目選択性曲線のパラメータを SELECT モデルで推定した結果,漁獲量を考慮したモデルが最適となった。漁獲量が 105 kg の場合,目合内径 35.6 mm,42.0 mm および 48.6 mm での 50% 選択体長はそれぞれ 114 mm,138 mm および 163 mm と推定された。3~5 月に京都府沖で 1 歳魚を保護して 2 歳魚以上を漁獲するには,マスターカーブから目合内径 42.0 mm あるいは 38.8 mm のコッドエンドが適していると判断された。1 曳網あたりの漁獲量が多い場合には,より大きな目合を使用する必要があると考えられた。
