The invention discloses a smart analytics monitor server, which comprises a server processing system and an upper computer management system; the server processing system comprises a video data input processing module, a video data output processing module, a core algorithm processing module, a master control module and a picture storage and extraction processing module; the master control module comprises a data receiving unit, a data transmitting unit and a compression processing unit; the video data input processing module receives the video data and divides the video data into two paths of data, wherein one path of data is processed by the core algorithm processing module and the other path of data is processed with H.264 compression by the compression processing unit, and the compressed data is transmitted to the upper computer management by the data transmitting unit for processing.
