Abstract The paper discusses models of software development. The sketchy overview on widely used models the Scandenavian approach to systems development, named systemeering, is considered as a conceptional basis for defining development objects and activities. For the definition of an instrumented life-cycle model a number of matrices are proposed appropriate for the definition of those activities and objects. The relationships between activities and objects can also be defined by those matrices. The appendix describes the experimental prototype of the system.
