3 Dimensional finite element analysis of vehicle permanent magnet motor's rotor

Based on the traditional method which only considered inertia force and boundary contact force upon PM motor'rotor, this paper calculates the complex coupling effects of electromagnetic force and the mentioned force by three-dimensional finite-element analyzing, gets more accurate result of 3D stress distribution of the rotor under the electromagnetic-structural coupling effects, brings new ideas for analyzing the PM motor, provides more scientific, effective methods and references for PM motor's further structural analysis.
