Study on Applications of HFC Technologies in CATV Broadband Access

At present, many communications systems are being developed quickly that can deliver a high bit rate information stream to the customers premises using HFC/CATV networks. As an access medium to the Internet, HFC/CATV networks have been a researching hot in recent years. In this paper, the transmission technology of HFC network and its applications in CATV networks are analyzed and studied.
