Binding Process Analysis of Bacterial-based AND Logic Gates

Some characteristics of the operation of synthetic biology system are not well-explained using digital electronics, but they can be modelled using analog electronics. In this paper, we contribute to the characterization of bacteria internal signal processing by using an analog circuit analysis to show the impact of the binding/unbinding of molecules on a molecular communications system.
