자동생산라인의 설계 및 지그비를 이용한 실시간 공정관리 시스템에 관한 연구

This research develops a process monitoring system for real-time process control. The work in processes are automatically counted by RFID(Radio Frequence Identification) that is emerging technology in many field. The practical case is studied on the company that produces automotive fuses. Automotive fuses need high reliabilities and small rate of defects. Therefore, the research and development of manufacturing system for the automotive fuses were studied for the quality products by conducting real-time process monitoring system. Also, the system can reduce the entire production time and the manufacturing cost. The objective of research is to design and construct the automatic manufacturing system for automotive fuses by integrating RFID and zigbee in the system. In this research, the layout for the sub-systems for the assembly lines were designed. Also, the details of the sub-systems were designed so that can be completed for the industrial automation system.
