Production process optimization of the bar screen machine

The bar screen machine is the main water treatment equipment which has important applications in sewage treatment. Currently, there exists a homogeneous and low level competition phenomenon in the manufacturers. How to improve productivity, reduce production costs and ensure product quality are the requirements for the production transformation. Production process is the core of a manufacturing system and the quality of the production process determines the quality of the manufacturing system. Thereby production process optimization is the most effective means to facilitate production transformation. The article sets China Yixing Industrial Park for Environmental Science & Technology (ES&TP)as an example, to analyses problems in several key components, namely product design, processing methods, production management in production, and then puts forward appropriate optimization solutions.
