The invention discloses an inner sleeve cylinder T-shaped bolt long circular hole splicing node for a square steel tube and a construction method for the inner sleeve cylinder T-shaped bolt long circular hole splicing node. The node comprises an upper-section square steel tube, a lower-section square steel tube, an inner sleeve cylinder and T-shaped bolts. Each of four walls of the upper-section square steel tube is provided with at least one long circular hole A; and each of four walls of the upper end of the lower-section square steel tube is provided with at least one long circuit hole B. The inner sleeve cylinder has a shape of a rectangular cylinder; the parts of the upper half part of the inner sleeve cylinder, which correspond to the long circular holes A of the upper-section square steel tube, are provided with upper long circular holes; and the parts of the lower half part of the inner sleeve cylinder, which correspond to the long circular holes B of the lower-section square steel tube, are provided with lower long circular holes. The bolt heads of the T-shaped bolts have the shapes of long circles; the shapes of the bolt heads are matched with those of the long circular holes in the inner sleeve cylinder; and the long sides of the bolt heads are longer than the short sides of the long circular holes. The node form is easy and convenient to operate and high in construction speed and installation accuracy, saves labor and has wide application prospect in the construction field of construction steel structures.
