Non-explosive mining method by excavation, artificial group-column reconstruction, long-hole caving and subsequent filling

The invention discloses a non-explosive mining method by excavation, artificial group-column reconstruction, long-hole caving and subsequent filling, comprising the following steps of: excavating a certain quantity of column wells in a certain arrangement mode within the scope of ore pillars by the raise-boring machine well-drilling technology; placing steel reinforcement cages into the column wells after the excavation of the column wells, followed by filling concrete to form artificial group-columns, whose mechanical properties meet the requirement of stope stability and which are used to replace artificial pillars so as to form a relative stable restricted space around the ore mining areas; stoping by the major diameter long-hole caving mode, moving ore out by a scraper, and filling the goaf at a time after moving ore out. The mining method provided by the invention is suitable for the mining of underground metal loose and soft fragmental orebodies by adopting non-explosive technology to excavate column wells and filling the column wells to form artificial group-columns in order to replace artificial pillars, and has advantages of simple construction process, high construction efficiency, low production cost, high mining efficiency, and large production capacity of ore blocks and panels.
