An Innovative Design of Board Game Device

The tool of the conventional board game is composed of a chess board and chess pieces. However, the chess pieces tend to be lost and accidently eaten by children; moreover, if the chess board is bumped by a person or the chess pieces fail to be put at the correct positions, the users may be confused. Electronic board game devices can effectively solve the above problems; however, the game will be interrupted if the power supplies of these devices run out. The study designs the board game device based on the Kansei Engineering and takes the product usability and humanization view point as the principles to develop an environmental-friendly, safe, energy-saving and educational board game device. This invention is a compound assembly and can be embedded into the table or folded for users to conveniently carry it.
